Stainless steel mooring hook, complete with bracket to fix to existing pole or boathook. When being held by the bracket the hook is in the open position. When hooked around an object and pulled out of the bracket the hook snaps shut. This makes securing a line to a buoy or large cleat easy and is the perfect solution to getting a line on quickly when coming alongside or picking up a buoy.
