We endeavour to dispatch most orders within 24 hours. If we are out of stock or have to order an item specially then this could delay your order for up to 6 working days. If we feel that your order may not be dispatched within 6 days we will contact you to advise you of the delay.
For UK Mainland only, the following dispatch methoods apply:-
Items up to 2 Kilograms are normally dispatched by Royal Mail First Class/First Class (Signed For).
For items over 2 kilograms and up to 30 kilograms we normally use a 48 hour courier service.
Anything over 30 kilograms will be contracted to the best carrier possible.
Folded charts (eg Imray A, B, C, E, G, M and Y series) are post-free (please note this does not apply to chart folios or Admiralty commercial charts with just a single fold (SNCs)).
Goods can be sent on a guaranteed next day service for a small fee - please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm this service is available on your item.
